I am an avid proponent of the emerging trend of men's legwear, that is, support hosiery (tights, pantyhose, et al) for the purpose of improving leg circulation in men who suffer from venous insufficiency--rather than wait until invasive laser and surgical techniques are the only alternative remaining.

Hello, I'm the director of marketing for ActivSkin Legwear for Men. I'm actively engaged in educating men on the benefits of moderate compression support hosiery in easing discomfort associated w/venous insufficiency in the legs. As men become more comfortable w/nylon legwear as unisex fashion, they're learning what they've been missing all along.
